Ms.
Russell personally specializes in coaching women managers at various levels
in the mastery of their performance issues including managerial, teambuilding,
communications, interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and professional
presence - skills that are critical to the success of women in business
today. A pioneer in women's career development well before there
was a high level of awareness of the challenges women faced in the workplace,
she founded Careers Don't Just Happen, Inc. This non-profit organization
was set up to help women with their specific career and work issues.
She created a pilot program on career transition and secured the L'Eggs
Corporation as a sponsor. Ms. Russell also spent three years coaching
employees in transition at JPMorgan Chase.

In
her former capacity as Marketing and Training Director for Gibbs Training
& Consulting, the New York corporate training division of Career Education
Corporation, Ms. Russell created and marketed off-the-shelf and customized
training programs. She also acted as media spokesperson, appearing
on CNN and Good Day New York. Additionally, she has been featured
in The New York Times, Crain's New York Business, The Stamford Advocate
and various trade publications. Before joining Gibbs, she held positions
in Human Resources in various fields including financial services, education,
international trade, publishing, and advertising.

Ms.
Russell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development with a
minor in Career Counseling from the State University of New York.
She is certified as a coach by the Coaches Certification Institute and
is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Professional
study includes programs in Organization Development, Group Dynamics, Teambuilding,
Curriculum Design and Train the Trainer. She is certified in the
Myers Briggs, Emotional Intelligence and the Enneagram assessments and
received outplacement training from Right Management Associates.
She is a member of The New York Association for Psychological Type, Organization
Development Network of New York, New York Women in Communications, New
York Women Business Owners, National Association for Female Executives
and Women & Co., Division of Citigroup.
