The Modules include:

Self Assessment - Through the use of several assessments, this module helps women take a realistic look at themselves to not only uncover their strengths but assess areas for development.  There is an emphasis on learning to receive feedback in a positive and open manner.

The Organization and Your Role in It - This module focuses on the value of awareness of an organization's larger picture and recognizing an organization's mission, style, politics, and the individual's role in it.

Communication Patterns of Men and Women in the Workplace - This module focuses on interpreting common communications patterns of men and women and using them to get around gender stereotypes.  Examines the benefits of webthinking, a common communication pattern of women and how this can be leveraged in today's corporate environment.

Being Your Own COO (Recognizing Emotional Strengths and Weaknesses) - Focuses on Interpersonal Intelligence (the ability to understand people, what motivates them, how they work, how to work cooperatively with them) and Intrapersonal Intelligence (the ability to form an accurate model of oneself and be able to manage one's emotions to use that model to operate effectively at work and in life in general).  Women can use their excellent innate skills to strengthen both of these.

Using Innovation Techniques to Solve Workplace Problems - The corporate world is changing; however, it is still necessary for women to adapt to existing environments and politics.  This module focuses on learning innovation and thinking outside the box techniques in order to master their situations.

Assertiveness, Risk-Taking and Competitiveness - Identifies the differences between assertiveness versus aggressiveness and passive aggressiveness and focuses on being competitive in healthy ways.  Addresses analyzing risky situations and learning to take risks in order to strengthen decision-making skills.  Concentrates on becoming skilled at stating views and values, dealing with difficult bosses and co-workers and speaking up in meetings. 

Negotiation -  Focuses on the history of managerial promotion of men and women.  Helps participants learn to win better salaries, assignments and promotions through strategy and being prepared with market value information, including job and position statistics, setting high goals, learning to vocalize and document strengths and learning to practice persistence.

Influencing Skills and Professional Presence - Influence is an essential requirement for effective leadership.  This module examines three personal and three position power bases of influence and how to choose which type in any given situation.  Examines establishing professional presence and gaining credibility.

Managing Up and Down - Studies have shown that most people leave their jobs because of a poor relationship with their manager.  This module focuses on what it takes to be a good boss as well as developing and building effective relationships with both subordinates and higher ups.

Teamwork and Teambuilding - Focuses on the importance of teamwork in all aspects of business today.  Examines teambuilding and its four stages, i.e. Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing.  Learning why teams often get stuck in Storming, and effective ways to get them unstuck.

Conflict Management - Focuses on the causes of conflict in an organization and the techniques and strategies to use when dealing with conflict with bosses, direct reports, and co-workers.

Coaching Skills - Focuses on the principles of Coaching and using them to develop strengths to empower participants to reach higher levels of successful job performance.
